 - Great fun!I love the Nintendo GameCube and the fun games it offers. Unlike Sony and Microsoft, Nintendo still tries to engage the gamer with good games - it's not just about graphics (not to say the graphics on the 'Cube aren't good, they are awesome!). I also bought a coupl Wave Birds and couldn't be happier. They work perfectly from anywhere I am standing and are definitely worht the money if you don't want to be leashed to your system. The controllers have a nice contour to them and fit perfectly in my hands. Rating: - This is still a very good option for childrenStill a very good option for small children (up to 11 years, my personal opinion) with fantastic game options for all family. We spent hours of fun playing games like mario party, zelda, mario kart, soccer... no violence, evryone can play, very good cost/benefit. Rating: - Gamecube is AwesomeThe Gamecube rocks! I actually prefer it over my PS2. I have it connected to a 42" HDTV with S-Video and it looks great! I have my PS2 hooked up with component AV cables and Gamecube still looks better to me anyway. I am glad I got a Gamecube the newer systems are too much $$$. Rating:  - This is the best bang for the buck hands downI bought GC for my daughter two years ago and she as well as our entire family have been most impressed with its graphics, ease of use and the amount of games that you can play. From Madden to Tiger Woods PGA to Mario, it really has them all. I have PS2 as well and the GC matches it play for play and has better graphics. The downside is that WII has come out and the GC games are getting fewer and fewer and yes, the GC does freeze occasionally. Notice the price on GC, $99 ( I paid $99 for mine w/ Mario Cart) is a great deal and you will not be disappointed in the system at all. GC is a great deal and mega fun. Rating: - Cool color, cool renderings, and cool games.I highly recommend a Nintendo game cube over a ps2. A ps2 however is a very great system I'd rate it 4 out of 5 stars. The gamecube has games more for kids even though some games for game cube are for adults. it's cool you should buy it!
