 - Great Phone for the PriceI purchased this phone and opted to add the headset as well because I work from home, and needed a corded phone with a headset in order to be able to take client calls. I am so pleased that I was able to find such a good phone for the price. The sound quality is great, I can hear callers just fine and they can hear me clearly as well, I never have problems with volume or static, and I just love the fact that I have my own mute button on the phone. Never know when a wayward cough or sneeze will sneak up on you, and it's such assurance to know that I can just hit that mute button to cover the sound and not have to worry about being affected with that in my call monitorings. I love also that the mute button makes a little sound when you hit it, so you can be sure it's on. Some other phones offer the mute button but may or may not have this added feature. I never have to use the speakerphone because I take direct calls from customers, so I can't comment on how that works. The headset fits comfortably, and the sound is great there as well. Overall, I love this phone. It's perfect for the purpose that I bought it for, and I would very much recommend it. For the price, it's a great deal! Works great, no problem.
