 - The original Xbox....old habits die hard!I received my first Xbox console during the summer of 2002 and as a bundle pack I also received 2 controllers, a remote control adaptor and 2 games. One game was a racing game and the other was the infamous "Halo" game. After about 3 weeks of procrastination, I decided to hook it all up and just experiment with it....it had been awhile since I had last played any video game system. The racing game was just ok. The Halo game was incredible, addictive and fascinating! I played constantly and even went so far as to use a few "sick" days at work because I was so involved with working my way through the different levels of difficulty. When my original Xbox went "kapoots", I felt terrible and immediately went on an Xbox shopping expedition. I bought one on Ebay, but it soon began to "act up" so I got rid of that one and went with the new/refurbished one from "Ourspecialgift" via Amazon.com. This new machine is perfect and allows me to once again, play the Halo game whenever I want. I'll eventually buy a new 360 model but am in no hurry as I'm completely convinced that it may very well be a great disappointment. I have absolutely NO complaints in regards to my buying experience with Amazon or Ourspecialgift. Hope this review helps. Rating: - The second best game console I have hadBack in November of 2001 I was reading my gaming magazine. About the Xbox from Microsoft and I was so excited to get one. I went to Funcoland to buy it. The console wasn't released yet so I bought a game called Halo. Had no clue what it was about, but was I in for a shock. When I got the Xbox and got home I was amazed by the graphics of this system. Mind you I had a psx before and n64 too. This system was and still is awesome. What was amazing about it was it had a hard drive no more memory cards to worry about. Also loading times were cut down a lot more. I know alot people would say buy a 360 instead of the xbox. But the nice thing is you can get one cheap and games are cheap as well. I say buy it and enjoy what Microsoft started as in the gaming world Rating:  - Love it, but may be a bit biasedI just got an xbox finally a month ago. Ive wanted one for a few years now. Since i got this system after all the third generation consoles came out, i dont have the monery for a 360 and i own a wii, my opinion may be a bit biased. the graphics arnt fantastic but other than that i love it. its simple to use and because i got it so late, nothings to exspensive to buy for i anymore. Rating:  - Not PleasedI was not pleased with this product because it worked fine for the first 2 weeks, but then the x-box started saying that it couldn't read my discs, even if they were brand new. I will never buy from this seller again. Rating: - The X Box is awsomeI ordered the X Box for my 12 year old son and ends up my husband is enjoying it as much as our son.
