 - everyone should have one on their keyring!You have to handle one of these in person to appreciate what a beautiful piece of engineering this multi-tool really is. When closed, the head of the pliers wraps around your key fob as a tag-like object on your keyring. No leather sheath is needed. Despite the deminutive size, this multi-tool makes a decent set of pliers and has good grip - and the tool is weighty beyond it's stature. The mini screwdrivers are part of the larger screwdrivers and swing out on tight, but not stiff pivot hinge. These are solid stainless steel - not just some coating - the finish is like a brushed gun metal that is just classy looking. No chrome will be flaking off after a week or a decade in your pocket... this is one of those tools that will just look classier when it gets a few dings in it - but it will take a long time for that to happen. Unlike cheap knock-offs, this thing doesn't swing open or "undo" itself in your pocket. The tool opens up with the precision of a European steering column - firm, but not rigid - you are in control - you use the tool, you don't fight with it. Everyone runs into a situation where they need a tool once in a while - but not everyone can carry a big Leatherman with them all the time. I wish they had a model with scissors and nail clippers - but as it is, I almost need a cigarette after using this gizmo. A great gift and a handy thing to buy for yourself as well. Rating:  - Pretty Schweet....The only thing it lacks is a blade. You can probably chalk the absence of one to marketing because they have their Utili-Key...thingy. Anyway...It's pretty handy. You could probably get a tear going in that annoying tape on that package you're trying to open by using the point of one of the screw drivers, but if it ever came to ribbon or string you're gonna want to also have their Utili-Key on your keychain as well. I'd bet the two items combined would still be less bulky than the micro-leatherman. Together they probably cost the same though.
