- Sony 4 head Hi Fi VCRThe Sony SLV-N750 Full Chassis 4 head HI FI VCR is a wonderfully smooth functioning machine. Sony's excellent engineering has come through once again. For someone like me who still has many Video cassetts, I needed a replacement for my old machine that stopped working. No-one sells VCRs on the retail side anymore as it is 'old technology' so I was greatful to get one of the last refurbished machines that just 5 years ago were everywhere. Rating: - Good basic VCRThis machine is perfect if you have tapes from the pre DVD age that you still want to watch. The picture is as good as can be expected from a VCR format, and the machine is fairly easy to operate. You can also record easily with this machine, with the resulting picture probably clearer than older VCRs. Would definitely recommend this product for those who do not yet have a dvd player or recorder or who want to watch tapes. Rating: - Sony VCRThis VCR looks, plays, and records great. The product description was accurate and delivery was prompt. Realizing that this product is refurbished, I initially had my doubts about making the purchase, but it looks brand new and the quality is great! I would definitely purchase again from this company. Rating: - Sony VCRThis is my second Sony VCR, the first one got hit by lightning and I had a hard time finding another one. Was so glad you had it available. Rating: - Sony SLV-N750 VCRThe item is poorly made in that it has skew problems at the head of tapes, and has been experiencing head clogs much more frequently than my other vcrs. It was brand new when I received it so it must have been manufactured poorly. It is also at least half the physical weight of my other vcrs (which are also not very old) which is usually an indication of flimsy materials used (plastic instead of metal.)
