- Where is the clip? When I ordered this stand, I assumed there was a way to attach my mic to it but now I have to pay 7 more dollars to get a mic clip for it. Only one of these reviews mention there is no mic clip and the product description does not specifically say there is no clip. So if you buy this, make sure you are aware you can't attach the mic to the stand unless you get a clip separately. It doesn't make sense why they don't include a clip. Rating: - Great little Boom Mic StandI have used this to do some studio work. A friend loaned it to me. It is very inpressive for a $20 stand. The only thing I would say to be careful of is that you tighten the boom well. I had a mic + shockmount + pop filter and it started heading for the ground. Once I tightened it some more it held fast. Rating: - A great little stand...I purchased six of these to replace the rusty, dusty, 20+ year old Atlas stands at church. They assembled quickly and held vocal and instument mics securely. The semi-matte black finish "disappears" on stage. They adjust quickly and easily for different applications. I really liked the mic cord clips that came with the stands. They allow you to professionally "dress" the mic cord. A bargain! Rating: - Great! Metal, professional.I honestly thought it'd be plastic for this price! It's nice, cold hard metal. It does what it's supposed to do. You can take off the boom and it becomes a regular mic stand. I highly recommend it! Rating: - FAMOUS GERMAN MAKE-COPY!!!Yeah, What can you say 'bout a mic stand?? Well, this one works well!! Boom stays tight (where you put it), black anodized finish, tripod no-tip design. Copied from a famous german maker-but costs WAY-WAY LESS!! Recommended!!!
