 - Not so greatNeither my wife or myself are very impressed, to the point where we must be doing something wrong - we just can't figure out what. It doesn't work either of our abs, for me it creates lower back pain and hip flexor strain, for her its mostly an arm workout. We watched the cheapo video and read the book and followed all the instructions carefully. Even gave it a week or two for us to adjust to it. My old 90's ab roller is a better workout. Rating:  - The Ab Scissors really scissors up your body!!!After receiving the Ab Scissors from Body by Jake, I believe that this is a BEST, and I mean THE BEST Ab machine you can ever buy in the market today. It really works your Abs really well, and recommend it to everyone. The reason why this machine works really well is that the machine has a biomechanical breakthrough that creates the perfect synchronized abdominal motion, leveraging my body weight to deliver five levels of ab-sculpting resistance. Basically, I really recommend buying this machine because it really does works. If the price is bugging you, then I would also recommend the Ab Lounge 2. That machine also works great, and you could save a hundred dollar from buying that machine than the Ab Scissors.
