- Ab BootcampThis is an awesome workout. You will feel the results of the workout the next day. The length of the exercise set is just right, a little bit of cardio but full concentration on the abs. Rating: - AverageBilly Blank's: Ab Bootcamp is nothing special. The workout was not intense. This workout would be a great warm-up to a more intense workout. Rating: - Too long for just absI've only done this workout a few times so far. The one negative thing is that it is over 30 minutes - if I want to work just my abs I don't really want to spend more than 10 or 20 minutes. Second, mabye I was doing it wrong but I didn't feel it at all in my abs, but I did feel it in my back the next day. I did like that it included standing ab work as well as a floor routine, and that is one reason why I bought it (other than I love Tae Bo). Aside from the fact that I don't feel it working my abs, I probably won't use it too often because it is so long for an ab workout. Rating: - Excellent way to achieve a defined midsection!!!!!This workout is really awesome; it is really helping me to get a defined midsection. After 3 weeks of using this DVD, I can see a difference and I've lost 2 inches on my waist. If you want to challenge yourself and use ankle weights, you are going to feel the pain but it will pay off really good. GOD bless Billy Blanks for giving a great workout. Rating: - Really good DVDI would definitely recommend this DVD to anybody. It's really hardcore, so be prepared to really work hard. It's a really good ab workout, very fast-paced, and not at all boring. If you're looking for a serious ab workout, this is a great DVD.
