 - Different but goodThis movie is more true to the book. I have to admit, all the music being played during most of the scenes was a bit distracting. It took me some time to get used to that. I've seen the original around 25 times, so the whole thing seemed a bit bizarre at first. Definately worth watching, lots of good behind the scenes stuff too. I reccomend this book/movie for anyone at any age. This book/movie is great because it shows that even when you're parents are dead you can still be there for your family! The Characters in this book/movie are Ponyboy, Darry, Dallas, Cherry, Soda pop, Steve, Marcia! They are all very supportive towards each other, and they all act towards each other as if they were all family! The theme is about these two groups: the GREASERS and the SOCS. They are very against each other and they litterally HATE each other and they all get into A LOT of gang fights. This book/movie is about Family, Hope, Faith, and Love. I would recommened this book/movie to everyone! Rating:  - the outsidersthe outsiders is by far the best movie i have ever seen!i love johnny cade and dallas winston they are my 2 favorite people in the movie.I watched the outsiders like 20 times and cried every single time.
