 - Coffee loverI love this product! Great cup of coffee everytime and it is hot. I bought the cartridge that allows me to use my own coffee as well if I run out of packets. Its a little big for my counter but now they have a smaller model (they did not have this when I bought mine) wish I had waited but this product does exactly what it is advertised to do and looks good doing it. Rating: - Just what I wantedI bought this product a couple of months ago and could not be happier. I bought four 25 packs of K-cups and four sampler packs. If you need a great cup of coffee in a matter of minutes (seconds, if it is already heated up), this is a great option for you. I generally just want a cup before running out the door, and I hate to waste a whole pot (or even a few drops). Now, I get my cup almost full very quickly and nothing is wasted. I have a 16 oz. Contigo travel mug, so when I want to fill it to the brim I make two "small" size cups. Again, no waste and great coffee fast. Rating:  - KEURIGSpeedy coffee, almost instant. Heats water very fast. Does vibrate due to the pump. Pumps water from reservoir into machine to be heated, will get noisy. Choose between 2 cup sizes. Will fit a TRAVEL MUG(YES!), just remove drip tray. Low water, descale, heating, cup size indicators(lights) and auto off button. Easy to use and prime. Pretty sturdy plastic, don't force handle for K-cup, too much force I could see it breaking. Hopfully the pump will last, that is my only consern in the long run. Keurig is innovative and worth looking into. Rating:  - Wake up the NeighborsThe coffee maker's motor shakes the maker so violently that the noise woke up the entire house. The instruction book will advise you that this is normal and customer service will explain that all models vibrate. Sometimes vibrations actually shook the cup off the maker while the coffee was brewing. You want to wake up to coffee not this "jack hammer." Terrible design. Keep looking. Rating: - Awesome home brewing systemA delicious cup of coffee every morning! No more trips to Dunkin Donuts! I buy the variety pack, so I don't get bored! I have found buying the k cups at Bed Bath & Beyond very convenient and reasonably priced as I use the 20% coupon. The only reason I do not give it 5 stars is because sometimes it only brews about 1/2 cup. Haven't really figured out why yet, but could be something I'm doing wrong.
