Rating:  - Great service and easy shopping experienceI bought this for my nephew to size his graduation watch I shipped to him. The tool worked but he said it was extremely difficult to get the pins out of his Invicta watch. That may have been a testament to the fit of the band pins or the difficulty in using this tool. It was probably the watch pins because the Invicta watches usually have very tight tolerances. Shopping and shipping were excellent. Received the tool in 3 days on regular shipment. Rating: - Great little gadget!This is one of those things that I normally wouldn't buy, but I got tired of having to go back to store to have a link removed/added to my watches. Came in very handy!!! Easy to use. Great seller!! fast shipping! Rating: - Worked greatI bought this product to adjust a new watch that I've had for months. It worked great. Very easy to operate. I then fixed my wives watch that had been loose for years. Now everything is good in our household. I would highly recommend this product and have it stored away just waiting for the next job. Rating:  - HorribleThe blue tool is horrible. sure it pushes out the pin, but only by a couple millimeters. So you have to struggle with pliers to actually get the pin out, which I did not succeed in. It would've been good if they provided pliers with the tool set as well since you actually need them to remove the pins. Don't bother with this one, way overpriced and not worth the shipping cost
