 - Great productThis is a great product. It works on cork and plastic corks. I love it! Rating: - Great wine openerI love this wine opener so much, I keep it out on the bar all the time. The one aspect of this opener I did not understand when I first tried to use this opener is you have to hold onto the bottle until the opener stops "humming". Also, I just found out if the bottle opening is very large, this opener will not work, but only ran into this issue once, in the 30 plus bottles of wine I have opened since receiving this opener. This makes a great present for wine lovers. Rating: - easy to useGreat product. Easy to use. Makes me want to open a wine bottle (not that I need any more encouragement). Have bought it for others who enjoy wine. Rating: - Easy cork remoberWith a weakness in my arm, I have difficulty removing many types of corks. this was recommended to me, people scoffed, some laughed, some said it wouldn't work on plastic, some called me lazy. But the prize is in the bottle and this works wonderful. Quick, smooth, works on all corks and, as a bonus, is such fun to use and amaze the non-believers. Rating: - Love it!I've had this opener for a little over a month now and love it. It's successfully extracted every cork we've given it, real and synthetic. We used to joke that if there was a screw cap bottle and a corked bottle in our wine fridge we'd tend to go for the screw cap because it was easier to open! When we got the Oster, we started regretting the screw caps because it was so much fun to use the Oster. The foil remover is also very nice, though since it's located behind the opener in the stand I sometimes forget to take the foil off first with it. Is that a criticism? Not really.
