 - Mangled BoxOur new Lawnboy was delivered by UPS in about the time expected. When the UPS driver took the box out of his truck, the box was totally mangled, and parts falling out all over. The UPS driver said if I had any trouble to let "us" know. After UPS left, I started putting the mower together to see if all the parts were there. They were not, so I got on the internet and wasn't quite sure who to report this to. I went on the Amazon site, and after going thru all the steps, it came back with "Item not returnable". That left us wondering how the heck we would be able to use this mower without all the parts there to put it together. So we put in a complaint to UPS. Our driveway, out in the country, has gravel on it, so it is not just a smooth drive. The next day I was walking down the drive, and there lay the parts that I needed in order to put the mower together. They had fallen out of the UPS truck. What luck! A couple of days later, someone with UPS called, and I told him the story. He said that was "exceptional", and hung up. That is all we have heard from anyone. But we are happy with the mower. Our only complaint is that from the very beginning, it doesn't seem to have a real "clean cut" from the blade. Other than that, we are happy with our purchase. Rating:  - Absolutely AwesomeBefore buying this product I researched on it. It was constantly rated as a top dog and I have to agree. It starts from the get go and it works great. The only things that I might have against it is that the handles are covered in foam and they already have a crack, and that sometimes the self propel takes some time to kick in at your speed. Rating:  - Beware if you purchse from deersoI Purchased a lawnboy from Deerso through amazon online as a birthday gift for a friends mother who had a broken lawnmower. I told the mother and friend it would arrive in a few days as that's what the website said when I checked out. Two weeks went by. It never showed up. Deerso never sent the item and amazon help said that deerso canceled the order and did not notifiy anyone. No phone call. No email. Nothing. They did not tell me or the person it was going to who now has two foot grass and is angry with me. Amazon thought deerso was probably out of stock as they quit selling the particular model I ordered that week. Because of the way the order was canceled it's not possible to give deerso direct feedback as a seller- but beware. Rating: - My wife likes this lawn mowerMy wife put this product together and filled it with oil by herself. She says it works great on our big hill by the river. She even changed the oil by herself, and she has been using the bag to great advantage. It really picks up yard waste well! Rating: - Great Mower...This Mower is a fine piece of machinery. Light-weight and easy to control with the sens-a-speed feature. Very powerful. My neighbors love it too! There are two minor drawbacks. The plastic clips that fit over the metal tines to adjust the height of the rear wheels were put on backwards at the factory and broke during the first attempt to make adjustments. A new set were put on correctly and work fine. If there is a detractor to the system, its the grass catcher... it is a bit small and requires more empties than my old machine; but I am willing to put up with an extra couple of trips to the dumpster for the ease and power of this machine! Overall, I am very happy with my purchase.
