You just plug it in the computer and it is installed. Unlike some of the external hard drives, you don't need any driver to let your computer recognize it. Except it looks cooler.However, there is something that I don't like about it: I don't see where to put my name on it. Some people may possess the same flash drive as me which can lead to loss. Nevertheless, it works perfectly, the way I wanted to work. I like flash drives but this is the best flash drives I have ever seen. Next time, I will buy a Kingston Data Traveler USB Drive with more space on it. Rating:  - MehThis thing's ok. It randomly freezes during data transfer at least once a day, and I have to yank it, then put it back in and have the computer check for errors. But it generally does it's job. I can't really say much more than that, though. However, for what you're paying for this, you can't really expect any better.
