I use them all the time and not just for making omelets. It's very versitile. I have made stuffed pancakes, individual coffee cakes, and muffins. I like these plates so much, I purchased a set for my son, the chef. He loves them. Rating: - Quick Omlet MakerThis is a quick way to make an omelet and is easy to clean, but don't overfill or you'll have a mess on your hands. :-) Rating: - Easy, fast, simple to clean.I ordered these plates last week and got them last night. They work very well, easy to make omelets and quick. One helpful piece of advise: Have all of your ingredients ready to place in the indents of the tray as the omelets cook very fast. Also, use a non fat cooking spray like Pam, after cooking your omelets will slide right out of the tray that way and make cleanup a snap! I am glad I bought these. The picture shows one tray, there actually 2 trays, the bottom tray is the deep tray where the eggs and other ingredients go, there is also a upper tray with shallower indents.
