 - Hurts my back more than helpsMy physical therapist recommended me order this product. I used it at work because I sit behind a desk all day. I found that it hurts my back more than it helps. I stopped using it after trying it for 3 weeks. My back feels better. Rating:  - small, cheap and excellentprovides great lower back support. is small enough to easily put in a carry on bag for airline fligts and provides great lower back support in the notoriously nonergonomic airline seats. Rating: - UncomfortableThis item made me realize that in order for it to be comfortable for a drive (I use it in the car) longer than 30 minutes is to have a gradual 'bulge' rather than what this product does. This item makes it feel like there is a fist in the small of my back after a while. It is very uncomfortable. I've seen lumbar supports that look like a back of a chair (sort of rectangular in shape with gradual bulge). I believe that a shape like that would be more ideal for a comfortable ride. I would not recommend this item. Rating: - WowI've been using this for a couple of years. The other day my back was very stiff, and woke up the next morning with a very stiff and painfull back. My back even spazemed a little (but not enought to knock my out). After no medications and driving for 3 hours, my back was 90% improved, just by sitting with this pad against my lower back. It REALLY puts your back in the proper position for sitting. Amazing. Have the strap set low to avoid interfering with side airbags. Wash the cover ever so often (it zips off) Rating: - super roll is super!excellant product.i use it for my car .it is comfortable and my back feels fine after a drive.
