 - Cool and HelpfulThis product has provided me with several useful solutions to business problems. I found it easy to use and a useful business tool. I use this program in my daily business functions and we find it very helpful; it makes it easier to organize your company and produce the necessary paperwork to keep you on top of things. My company 3 Tier Nutrition, Inc., uses it for corporate meeting and consents as well as some basic contracts. But before making any official documentation consult a lawyer for legal advise. We work with a legal firm and have a law student in our company. I also noted some interesting documentation for landlords and real estate investors as well. It contains real estate sales/purchasing contract templates and leasing too. I personally like the Nolo legal guides and products. They have given me a better grasp on business legal matters and alternative solutions. I recommend this product to new business owners, real estate investors, and legal students. Rating: - A good tool to help with routine legal matters.I like Legal Business Pro because the interview syle makes it easy to complete the documents in its list. The list of documents is well populated also. I used an earlier version that had a feature that I miss in this one. When you went into review mode, the answers to the interview questions were highlighted and you could click on them to go directly to that question. I haven't found that feature in this version and I miss it. It is cumbersome to have to always start at the beginning of the interview and page forward to find the item you need to change. Also, I don't understand why it so difficult to make a "Save as..." copy of a document, but I'm sure I will find a work-around. That earlier version was a little better in this respect also. Otherwise, the application is a very good product.
