- Excellent ScannerI had to have a scanner in a hurry. After reading reviews I chose the Canon 4400F. I was very pleased with the delivery time as well as the scanner itself. It was easy to hook up and use. The quality of the scans are top notch. Rating: - Canon CanoScan 4400F Color Image Scanner I am very pleased with this scanner. Very easy to scan pictures, slides documents and 35mm negative strips. I give it 4 stars rating. Rating: - pleasedWas a little scepticle after reading some of the reviews. But after using the scanner I am pleased withe results. The software included works very well and the scanner does an exceptional job. Have copied close to 500 old slides and negatives and the results are great. Worth every peeny I paid for it. Would reccomend this scanner to anybody. Rating: - CanoScan 4400FAfter reading some reviews regarding this scanner, I was a little nervous about having had already ordered it, but that turned out to be without foundation. Admittedly, I haven't used it to a great extent yet, but I have used it for a number of varying projects, i.e. newspaper clippings, color photos, 35mm slides, and regular ol' documents. Thus far, it has performed flawlessly and quietly. One feature that I have found remarkable is the ability of my Corel Paintshop Pro software to restore my faded slides (some are more than 40 years old)with one click of a button. Of course this scanner is not going to perform as speedily as one priced at "the top of the line" but I would recommend this scanner to anyone, especially considering its economical price. Rating: - Cannon 4400F ReviewSo far I have found this product very complicated to use in conjunction with the various software applications that are used with this product. I will continue to try to master it's use but to date I am not at all satisfied with this product.
