Rating: 4 out of 5 stars - Coby CVE-92 are the same headphones
I go through a pair of these phones every six months(the wire breaks inside at the connector and one side will fail). I've found these phones to be excellent, however I believe that the COBY CV-E92 are the same phones-availiable only in white and with only the medium sized rubber ends(which is the size I use). I order 2 or 3 at a time and enjoy them till they fail. They're like $6.00 compared to $20.00 for the J-BUDS.Try them both, that's all I can say.

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - Awesome!
This is my second pair of JBuds. The only reason I have a second pair is because I freaked out when I misplaced my first pair. I have since found my first pair and couldn't be happier. These buds are just awesome.

Rating: 2 out of 5 stars - Just plain bad sound.
I'm giving these a "two" because of one feature: they fit in my ears better than most buds, and stay in during exercise better than most.

I bought a pair of these a while back; they performed well enough. Not great, but I'd have given them a three, maybe even a four.

I lost 'em.

Now, I've bought three new pairs, as part of package deal with MP3 players (Sansas ... which we like a lot) and they're awful.

The sound is simply muddy. Not exactly "bassy;" that would entail some degree of defined bass sound. No, these are simply muffled sounding. It's like listening to music (or even audio books) through a pillow.

Not worth the twenty bucks and at the list price - well, that's outright theft.

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - Serious Sound!
These are the best addition to my workout since I bought my IPod Nano. The size and fit is truly one of the best features as it fully immerses you in the musice. I think they are great for runners especially as they don't jostle around like the ones that IPod gives you.

Another key point is that they have a long reach for when you are sitting, but not too long for when you are running. I like the black color as well so the cord doesn't show the dirt or sweat that comes with time.

Sound is top quality and the bass is strong. They have good clarity if you like your music really loud as well. Very good product for any active listener.

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - Very Nice
Good bass, clean highs and the right size to fit my ear. Nice earbuds for the money. I like them better than my Sony and Coby earbuds.
