 - great productWas happy with how fast the dry erase boards came. Was perfect for the presentation that i needed it for. Great quality. Rating: - works as expectedA solid construction board at a reasonable price. I use it all the time when i'm studying. My only complaint is that the pen tray is poorly secured to the frame. Occasionally, a juggling bag will land on it, and the pen tray just falls off. Rating:  - Worst white board everAs soon as, I started writing on the board, I found a lot of cracks and small holes all over the board. Moreover, the board is poorly made and hard to install. I do not recommend this board. Rating:  - Products may be second tier quality. Good customer service though.Bought 3 for the office. One was severely damaged when it arrived. The box was torn up on the sides. The board had a big crack on the bottom right-hand side. The frame was falling off of the bottom and had a deep dent. There was a second board that was slightly imperfect, but I did not notice it until we put the board up. It looks like the frame is not perfectly straight on the right-hand side. The third board was fine-nothing wrong at all. I contacted Shoplet through their online return form about the damaged board. They got back to me quickly (within 1-2 days) and told me that they would send a replacement on the way. I didn't have to bother returning the damaged board. The new one came within 2 days and there were no problems with the new board. Rating: - Just what the office neededIt's big, it's basic, it's inexpensive. I'm happy with my whiteboard. it has a tray to hold pens which some other do not. I don't need magnetic white board so it's a good value.
