 - I love this speaker!I listen to a lot of teleseminars and trainings on my Lenovo laptop and the speaker just didn't cut it. Even when I was sitting right at the computer. I love the jLAB speaker. It's light, portable, needs no cords or wires and produces incredible sound, especially for such a small unit. Rating: - Only way to get good portable laptop soundListening to movie downloads/DVDs on my Lenovo X61 was painful- until I got this little powerhouse. So small & light it really can fit in my laptop bag for carry-on. Flexible wand on this solidly built speaker lets me put it any position I need at the moment. Plenty loud enough w/o distortion for small group presentations. Sure, larger speakers have more bass, but they aren't portable enough for me and this is a pleasure to listen to when I am on the road and don't have to/want to use earphones. Also had a great customer service experience with JLab Audio that fixed a shipping glitch to my total satisfaction. Great product, great people. I plugged it in the the speaker was so top heavy it kept pulling out of the usb. After proping it up I started to play my itunes and the sound didn't come through. I checked all my settings and it wouldn't work. I have since returned the item. I will say that the "ding" from my computer was pretty clear...
