 - ONLY ONE COMPLAINT I only have one complaint about this stereo and that is that it will only repeat the disks 5 times then you have to press play again. I leave my stereo going 24/7 so this is an irritation to me and the only thing that stopped me from giving it 5 stars. The owners manual is a little lacking, for example there is a diagram of the unit and the remote but there is no chart describing what they do you have to read through the text to find a reference to that number but for the price I am not going to complain. I would recommend this unit to a friend as long as they are aware of it draw backs. Rating: - Just what I was looking forIn a small studio that I work to keep uncluttered, I was looking for a "bookshelf" unit to integrate with PC components at the head of my desk. I wanted to be able to play CDs as well. The size of the main unit was just right. FM sensitivity in this weak area is good without outside antenna; the speakers mounted separately work the room well. All this and the cost was quite modest; I am very pleased. Rating:  - Great radio reception & sound quality !The sound quality is top notch on this system. As far as radio reception this system gets better radio reception than any other radio I have ever had including a $600 dollar system that I bought about 15 years ago. It also plays cd's very well. The sleep function is also much appreciated. I found the remote very handy to use and even programmed preset stations without having to open the manual. Excellent value ! Rating:  - Worst Electronic Purchase so farI've been a loyal Amazon customer for about 15 years and all these years I had full confidence in their product and what they stand behind. I never had any problem with purchase until now. I had this stereo system for exactly 2 days until it stopped functioning completely. When I turn this system on nothing happens except just turns off by itself. I waited longer for this product to get to my place then to actually use it. Absolutely disappointed. From now on, I will go to store directly get electronic equipments instead of ordering online. Rating: - Value for moneyI have this system in my basement and it is perfect for the space. The controls are slightly confusing, but one gets plenty of sound in a small package with a small price. Sony quality.
