Rating: 2 out of 5 stars - Chinese Wagon
First wagon came to me with a busted box and had parts missing.I was sent a second box and it was ok but it still had nut bolts and washers missing and I just went to home depot and bought what I needed. So far the wagon seems ok after I got it together which was not hard to do.

Rating: 1 out of 5 stars - Don't
Want to be as dumb as me? Then buy this wagon in spite of all the bad reviews:

- Flimsy metal? Right.
- Bad welds painted over? 4.
- Tires won't stay inflated? 2.
- Unbelievably lousy packaging with loose parts? Check.
- Inscrutable instructions? Yep.

A nice additional feature on my wagon is that the front wheels wouldn't fix on the axles. Had to bang them on with a sledge. Did this damage the bearings? You bet!

If you buy this, you deserve what you get.

Negative stars.

Rating: 3 out of 5 stars - Well - I like the concept anyway
I purchased this wagon this spring and wanted to see how it held up before I wrote a review. Basically, it's fine so far. I have a bad back and it helps enormously when it comes to lifting packages of mulch or bales of straw from the car and getting them back to the garden. It certainly does the job. Moreover, I've found it to be a handy platform to pull behind me as I work. I keep a plastic bin on it for small hand towels, as well as my garden stool, cell phone, seed packets, seedlings to plant, and a bucket to toss weeds in. It even carries my iced tea, secured in the plastic bin. This feature - that of becoming a portable "coffee table" in the garden, was an unexpected bonus.

Additionally, I've found it handy for transporting pruned limbs to the driveway for pickup, thus reducing the number of trips I have to make up and back my large yard.

A caveat though - it is not particularly stable on slopes. I have some minor hills in my yard, and it tipped over while transporting a container of baby beets as I was trying to move it into a sunnier spot. Big mess - and I had to replant each and every little beet.

The reason for the three star rating is the same as everyone else - poor packaging and parts scattered all over and IMPOSSIBLE instructions. I had to assemble mine on my kitchen island over the course of a week. And I STILL have extra parts and I have no idea where they're supposed to go. Unlike a few of the other lucky reviewers, I am NOT mechanically inclined, and the process was painful. If I had a local source for this type of wagon I would have purchased it there, but I didn't.

The other thing that bothers me about is that, as some other reviewers have mentioned, the workmanship seems iffy. I had to bend several of the welds in order to get things to fit, and I wonder how well it will hold up over time. As a precaution, I do not push it's carrying capacity anywhere near the 350 lb limit.

Bottom line - I recommend this cart to anyone with a bad back who wants to avoid too much lifting, but have patience with it's assembly, and don't push it too hard. And watch it on slopes.

Rating: 3 out of 5 stars - Buy With Caution!
This product arrived all beat up and profusely wrapped in packing tape that really didn't keep it packaged. It didn't take long to open because there were plenty of holes and loose tape to pull it open. Predictably, several of the screws were missing! It did have an instruction 'sheet' which was fairly useless. One of my tires were also flat and would not go on the heavily painted axle shaft. I had to file down the shaft just to get the wheel on.

After a couple trips to Ace Hardware, I finally got it all put together, but still had that flat tire. So I got my trusty pump and begin airing it up. No good. As quick as the air went in, it quickly came back out. After bending the wheel trying to remove the tire tube, my neighbor and I finally realize that you have to disassemble the whole wheel first, then pull out the tube (This is not in the instruction sheet). So we did and found that the tube was splitting at the seams. Great...so, back to ACE Hardware I go to find a replacement tube.

Finally, I got everything put on and repaired that needed to be. Other than this initial horrible experience, I absolute love my wagon. My two-year-old daughter loves it too.

Therefore, if you have no mechanical skills at all, skip this product and just go to Lowes and by a wagon that's already been assembled and is on display. However, if you can put up with the initial nonesense that I experienced, get this wagon. You will eventually get to enjoy 'your' finished product.

Rating: 2 out of 5 stars - damaged parts
We ordered two of these carts. For both of them, the directions are very poor. Some of the parts were damagsd. We had to make our own parts and bend one part back into shape. The finished cart is sturdy so I gave it 2 stars.
