- It's okI didn't see what all the hype was about. I bought this for my son for his 17th birthday. He likes it, says it's fun, but just watching him play it, it seems a little ho-hum. If it weren't for all the blood, it would be very boring to me. He enjoys it, so I would recommend it. Rating: - fun, gets old fastI bought it and played for a few hours and loved it but it did not catch me enough to have gone back since. A bit repetitive. Rating: - eh.... i dunnoi think this game was hyped up just a lil bit. It hasnt been what i expected. great graphics however. Rating: - Great idea, needs to be tweaked a bitThis review will be a bit biast, but from my perspective, it cannot be helped. I am a bit of a ninja myself and aside from killing people...climbing and stealthy movements are in my blood. This game probably most accurately describes my physical lifestyle: climbing up things and having people tell me not too. This game is incredibly repatative, jsut in a different setting each time. You save innocents from guardsmen, pickpocket, ease drop and climb high up to get a better viewpoint. Expect to do this many times over throughout the game. The scenery is wonderful, the story is not bad either, but unless you really love the running, jumping and climbing in games, you have a great chance at becomeing bored with the gameplay before finishing the story. I greatly look forward to the next installments of this game, hopefully they will add a few more twists as well as increase the variance of missions to add to the gameplay. Unfortunatly, this game has very little replay value and no real unlockables. Rating: - Assassin's CreedGreat graphics, and an interesting storyline. This game is definitely worth a rental, but because of its slow pace, I could see how some gamers might not think it warrants a purchase. I'm enjoying it though, and I look forward to the inevitable sequel that will tighten up the gameplay and hopefully amp up the action.
