 - No Skirmish. Place your units in specific circlesI was looking forward to this game to be like Company of Heroes. Iam disappointed. The graphics are not top notch although the physics effects are good. Plus the storyline is awful. Once you complete the campaigns, the game ends. Period. I mean that's it. No other choice like skirmish, etc. Plus the campaign itself consists of placing your units in specific circles or areas. If you take the tutorial, and you quit in middle, you can't continue tutorial from where you left off. You need to start from begining. The movies are great, the cutscenes are good, plus the physics if awesome. But all of this pales in comparison to the phenomenally awful storyline, lack of skirmish option and no easier user controls. Rating:  - Scope of gameThis war game was awesome! I went into this game without any expectation and i was pleasently surprised. This game delivers a story, action, graphics and a rather easy learning curve (which i need) all combine to make a pleasureable gaming experience. If you liked Company of Heroes i definitely think you'll like this game. Rating: - Great gameI have played through this game 3 times. It has yet to get stale. I can't say enough for the detail and care that was taken making this game. Not for the micromanager. It is a slimmed down RTS, that pretty much takes care of all the army building for you. You are given troops and objectives, but that is pretty much it. What you are left with is the strategy, and it plays very well. Each unit has specialites, strengths and weaknesses. The idea of building 80 tanks and charging the enemys base has been eliminated. You really have to adjust your tactics and fighting style to make the most of your units attributes. Everything has been polished in this game. If you have a decent computer, you can turn up the effects and watch some amazing cutscenes. I love this game. Rating: - A Great Gamei just recently bought this game and after playing it on Easy i can tell you this game is definately worth the buy. This game deals with the mother of what if Scenarios(what if the USSR didnt have a coup and communisim didn't go into that good or evil night). The game takes you to different parts of the globe and has you dealing with different people. From a great general to a tank commander who doesn't like you. This game has it all story and all. However, it aint perfect first off if you are a graphics person then i suggest you get the recommend requirement as if you use the min requirements the graphics are ok not great but other than that this game rules to the extreme. Here hoping they come out with a sequel or an exspansion pack soon.
