 - Lowest price Garmin with text to speachThis is my third Garmin GPS, my wife trains with a forerunner and I have a Zumo 550 on my motorcycle. We love their product. I wanted a small unit with text to speach (says street names not just turn right etc.) to move from car to car when one or both of us is traveling. This unit is the entry level Garmin for that feature and works just fine in every way advertised. I would repurchase it if lost or stolen. Rating: - Well worth the moneyThe Garmin NUVI 260 is an excellent GPS unit for the price on Amazon.com. I purchased the 260 on another website for 10% higher price (even though that price was a limited-time special offer). I found the 260 so easy and convenient to use that I purchased another one (this time on Amazon.com) for a friend. The 260 is not "all things to all people"; however, for the casual user it is an excellent unit for money (also a Consumer Report Best Buy). Rating: - Probably the Best!!!I just bought a 260 last week and I am totally 100% satisfied with it. All functions are simple to use and it has everything you need at a affordable price. I could care less about the other functions that more expensive ones have. Unfortunately, I bought mine at Best Buy and I got ripped off by 50 bucks, compared to what it is on here. Don't bother buying one anywhere else. It will more than likely be the cheapest here on amazon.. Rating:  - Traveled to Colorado with few problemsWe traveled from Michigan to Colorado using our GPS. We were taken to a dead end road in Des Moines.We were able to navigate most places without problems. Sometimes it would call a road by street name and we were expecting a road number. Voice can be annoying at times(but can be muted) especially when you are just getting gas and it wants you to pull a u-turn because you are not on the prescribed route. The best thing was that as the usual map reader,when we were lost the GPS was blamed instead of me! Rating: - Very HappyWe have had a GPS before and wanted to up grade. This one is lager yet thin, very easy to see when you are driving. We also like the fact then when you have to make a turn it calls out the street name. Over all very happy with this product for the price we paid.
