 - Stops SpywareI'm a graphic artist. I'm always downloading trials of new software to help me with new designs and projects. With that said, I've inadvertently downloaded my fair share of spyware. Trend Micro didn't stop my computer from connecting online and interrupting me during projects. This BitDefender version did the trick and I can now focus on my projects. I can't even tell when it's running... but its definitely making a big difference so far. Rating:  - Nice...This antirus is very good but it's has some troubles with vista and some other programs on vista, but overall is a good antivirus Rating: - Very Pleased wit BitDefenderI was really surprised how easily this installed. I had no problems at all. The interface is very easy to use. The customer service was terrific. I emailed a question and they emailed me back within 24 hours a very logical and easy-to-understand explanation. I had used NAV or Norton Internet Security for many years because of their name/reputation. In the last several years, I had so many problems with installation and getting it to work correctly. Their "customer service" sure wasn't. It should be called "customer frustration". Anyway, I would highly recommend BitDefender Internet Security 2008 to anyone considering it. Rating:  - Firewall ProblemGot this at the beginning of March. Loaded on my Dell Inspiron 8600 running XP sp2. Installed ok, but when Firewall is activated, I am unable to connect to the internet. Disable Firewall and I can connect. Not good as Firewall is one of the main reasons for getting this software. Contacted support...followed their instructions. 3 emails later (8th March was last I heard from them) still not working, writing this review on March 24th!. Perhaps they are on holiday? Rating:  - Bit Defender Internet Security 2008I like this product a lot, but do have an issue with the company. They are not very willing to help with problems and conflicts. I had Spybot Search & Destroy on my computer and it was conflicting so I removed it, and couldn't get rid of all the files and techs with BitDefender don't seem to want to help with that issue. Although as far as security programs goes I feel BitDefender is what it lives up to.
