 - Mine has worked 99.9% perfectly, happy to say.This is available on a 30 day free trial basis, if you find it via Google. I have had only one minor problem with one video clip, that I did solve. I have had no crashes or other problems at all. I went crazy trying to get Pinnacle Studio to ever work - that one crashed all the time. I have captured video clips with no problems, have edited them with no problems, and have put the result on to a DVD disk. So I'll buy it. Stay away from Pinnacle products is my advice, though. Rating:  - Worthless SoftwareHermanStreet did a good job in shipping the product, but the PowerDirector Program has NO power. This is a worthless piece of software, a waste of money. The way it loads is questionable. It locks up EVERYTIME you try to perform certain tasks. You go through this crazy process to get technical support, including having to supply Proof of Purchase documentation over the internet. After two weeks of working with tech support they requested Proof of Purchase a second time. Still no resolution of the problem. This is a company (Cyberlink) and a product you do NOT wish to have anything to do with! Rating: - Not worth buyingSave your Money, this product is very buggy and the support is very poor, either by email which the ignore or you have to pay them to talk to you. Rating: - PICTURE MAKERBOUGHT THIS TO MAKE PICTURES AND VIDEOS FOR THE INTERNET. PRODUCT IS EASY AND FUN. WILL RATE IT AT A+++++++
