 - Pretty!I thought that these were nice. No- they were not pricey, but the gems that I received were a beautiful color. While they are simple in design, I felt they were well worth the price- if you know your jewelry. I did buy them for my niece, a teenage girl, whose birthstone is an amethyst. I do own an Amethyst in my own collection, and I thought these were just as good quality as what I have. I've been very happy with what I've ordered from Amazon so far! Rating:  - Good if you can get them for under $20I got these on sale and while they are nice, I wouldn't pay more than $20 for them. The color is not as dark as in the picture and they are cheaply made, but still pretty for under $20 jewelry. It would be a nice gift for a teenager perhaps, or someone fairly petite, because of the small size...especially of the pendant.
