Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - Incredible Remote - Improvement over 880
This is an exceptional universal remote. I have one Harmony 880 and now two Harmony One remotes.
Initial setup is very easy (as is upgrading from an older Harmony to this one).
The functionality is very similar to the 880, but what makes this Harmony remote different is the placment and design of the buttons. They are 1000 times more intuitive.
The remote looks great, works well, and is very ergonomic.

The only negative I can think of is when havng multiple Harmony remotes, one has to create multiple accounts rather than multiple remotes under one account. It isn't a big deal, but it is something I'd like to see changed.

Harmony Customer service is excellent, too. I highly recommend this product.

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - Excellent remote!
I have owned and loved the Harmony H880 for over two years now and decided to upgrade to the Harmony One. The One is a better remote in almost every way. It has much larger buttons that are easier to access and their layout is more ergonomic as well. The touch screen is nice but it does make it much more likely to press the wrong activity "virtual" button by accident. The upgrade process from the H880 to the One was not as easy as I would have liked. They give you an option to upgrade but the upgrade process replaces your old remote layout, etc with the new one for the new remote. I wanted to a "save as" capability that would leave the H880 info intact but create a new database for the One based all the info already input for the H880. In the end I had to perform the entire setup for the One from scratch which took 1-2 hours until I had everything right. That aside, I love the remote and so does my wife and 4 year old son.

love this remote! Works on my DVD, Blue Ray, and PS3, surround system and TV awesome!! a little glitchy when I hooked up my computer but finally got it working by changing the sequence

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - Big step up over the 880
Had a Harmony 880 until my daughter dropped milk into the recharger. Well, no sense crying over spilt milk. Decided to get the touch screen and very pleased with this upgrade. While some reviewers were appropriately negative on programming flexibility, if your devices are in the Logitech database (and I would guess it is a 99.9% chance they are) this is a simple, beautiful and easy way to go. A big improvement over the 880 is you can now have four pages (20) direct channel buttons, with easily accessible logos. Not a cheap remote, but if you are tired of 5 or 6 remotes on the coffee table, or want to upgrade and put the old 880 in the bedroom, the One is a great choice.

Rating: 5 out of 5 stars - Control with Style
Summary:
Logitech's Harmony One Universal remote is a nicely designed and functional product. It is my first ever universal remote and I love it! With over 20 devices over a couple of rooms I am not sure why I have not succumbed to an universal remote before. Of all the remotes I have seen, it is definitely the best designed - ergonomically, functionally and aesthetically.

Pros:
Here are the pro's of the remote:
- Nice Design - very stylish and sleek
- Great ergonomics - it feels great in your hand and the buttons all seemed to placed well
- Easy to use once setup - it is very easy to use, especially the `activity oriented' functions - you pick activities i.e. play DVD, watch TV, play video game
- Comprehensive setup - it added all electronic devices I had. Except the Wii which is controlled by Bluetooth, but even there it told me about this issue
- Functionality - after setup, it worked like a charm even watching TV with my Tivo, which I was convinced wouldn't work out of the gate, since even the Tivo remote took some time to setup and get working. You can even make some minor tweaks to how things work i.e. I turn the Xbox 360 off after use, and you can program that into the activities.

Cons
There is only 1 con I found:
- Initial Setup - setup was a little cumbersome with needing your PC to program the remote. You also need all the remotes and serial numbers of all your devices.

Conclusion
This is a nice product that does exactly what it says it will. Universal remotes have come a long way, and Harmony One is definitely one of the best on the market. It is simple to use, even if the setup is a little cumbersome, it is still simple to add devices and the wizard is very intuitive. I would highly recommend Harmony One for any hi-tech house.
