 - Exact same as what comes with gameWhat's there to say, its the exact same wheel that comes with the game. Can you play MarioKart without the wheel? Yes. So why buy another wheel? It makes the whole experience a little more enjoyable and easier. Can you imagine trying to drive your car with a bar instead of a wheel? It also makes the trigger button more accessible, which is a big plus on multiplayer and 150cc. There is nothing to plug into the controller, it just sits/squeezes into place. Rating: - Get it Used!Just got a used Nintendo brand Wii Wheel for 7.99 at Game stop. It is just a piece of plastic so there really is no need to worry about it not working. It's selling for 14.99 at Target and 9.99 + shipping on Amazon. So if you want to save a few bucks and aren't planning on buying something else on Amazon to get the free shipping, call a local game stop or EB games and see if they have it used! As for the wheel itself, all I will say is that you should definitely use it since it's what makes the game more unique from other versions of Kart. As a gamer, I am more comfortable with the nunchuck, but I like the wheel because it is a more authentic Wii experience. Rating:  - Addicting FunI am almost 40 and my husband is even older and we can't put this game down. We have given up TV shows to play this instead. Highly reccomend the game and the wheel. Rating: - Incredible funI never played the original, but the Wii version of the Mario Kart game is a total hoot!!! The Wii wheel adds a lot to the enjoyment of the game and at such a low cost, you should get one for each ADDITIONAL controller (handset) you own. Remember, one wheel comes with the game itself, so you don't have to buy one for that if it's the only controller you own.
