At first I was perpared to send it back as a mistake. It wasn't until someone talked me into actually looking inside that I found the actual item that I had ordered!

I noted what others had said about this and other models "shooting" the can out of the crusher area, and have this bit of advise - if it's a aluminum can, poke the middle front of it with your finger slightly, and this will create an area that will be the point of the first fold and it will not shoot out.
