Our goal is to satisfy our customers. We only sell NEW, UNUSED, UNOPENED products, direct from the Manufacture unless it is otherwise stated. We strive to offer our customers the best products at the best possible prices. Each product is fully guaranteed by the manufacturer. A complete warranty is included with the product. The manufacturer's warranty covers repair or replacement of defective parts, subject to the conditions set by the manufacturer. As standard policy, GPS Tracking and Navigation will assist customers in processing any manufactures warranty claims if needed. In addition, if any products received are incomplete or damaged, GPSTN will replace these items for you. All returns/exchanges require a “Merchandise Return Authorization” (MRA) number, which you can obtain by emailing our returns center at mra@gpstn.net .   This enables us to coordinate your return to get the fastest response to your needs. Please note that an MRA number does not guarantee final disposition. All returns are subject to inspection. If an order is accepted for return for credit or refund, a 10% restocking fee will be applied and only under the guidelines listed below. Why do we charge a restocking fee? Again, we strive to offer our customers the best products at the best possible prices. We are not a “ Try It Before You Buy It ” retail center. Our restocking/processing fee covers applicable shipping, handling, credit card processing, testing, re-boxing, and manufacturer return fees (10% is the standard fee we are charged), When you replace your item with another item from our store, we show our appreciation for your business by paying these fees for you.  In order to keep our prices low, our policy is to share the returns costs via a restocking fee with only those customers who return product for a refund.
