Date: 2008-10-06T01:46+0000 Comments: i should have contacted the seller, but it did not receive the item i ordered. i had ordered a turquoise colored volkswagen bus, same size as the one shipped. my son was disappointed when it didn't arrive. i thought i'd have to pay for the shipping to send the wrong one back, so i just kept the one i didn't order.

Date: 2008-10-02T11:55+0000 Comments: One of the items I ordered came damaged. I had a difficult time finding a number to call and then a hard time getting through. They did send me a replacement truck, however, it was a different color than the one I originally ordered. I don't like it, but it is too much of a hassle to return it again.
