We cheerfully accept returns or exchanges, no questions asked, for a full year after purchase. Please note, however, that all Webkinz returns are contigent upon the Webkinz code being unused. A little history: We decided to sell designer products by great American companies like Little Giraffe and Barefoot Dreams because those are the things that we and our children love. Even here in larger cities, it's difficult to find a good selection of designer baby items, toys and loungewear--at a reasonable price. And if you live in a smaller town, it's nearly impossible.
