Date: 2008-10-05T23:25+0000 Comments: I ordered on Sept. 13; shipped on the 15th with a scheduled delivery by the 23rd; and received on the 27th. I called two times to find out where my shipment was and it was unclear on whose fault it was either theirs for not shipping it when they said or FedEx's for not delivering it. So my position on their service is neutral.
