He raised his voice to me saying, "That is not possible!" when I told him 3 of the 4 products weren't working (& later the 4th). I called him back 2xs to find out what happened to the rest of my order & the shipping refund he promised. I'm still waiting on the 4th part of the order. Price: $85.00
