First, and this is very important identify those who like
nothing better than to cause you stress in life. You know the
really stupid people, Knuckleheads!

Once you know who they are. Don't let them get to you. Think
happy thoughts like watching Pyle drown in a mud hole! |
No matter how stupid the knuckleheads are, remember they're born
that way. They can't help it. You can handle it even when they
steal your dress blues. |
I'm Ok I can handle it! Just keep saying it. Everywhere you go
knuckeheads!

If nothing else works, cover up your knucklehead with a
bucket.

And lastly don't watch too much of the news. It' s kinda
depressing, You'll start seeing knuckleheads everywhere
you go.
Just follow my example and you'll be stress
free. Allrighty.
