 Rating:  - Cleared My daughters Diaper Rash CompletelyWe had used just about every product we could find on the shelf to help clear up a severe diaper rash my daughter was suffering from. We even took the recommendation of our doctor and tried Cortisone-10, and it did not help. As soon as we applied some Butt Paste, it started getting better and within 3 or 4 days it had healed up. Definitely recommend this over Desitin or anything else. Rating:  - Nice scent is subjective, average resultsThis paste did no more to clear my son's rash than any other product. I also happen to think the scent isn't so nice, I found it rather strong and displeasing. You're better off for the money and smell factor to buy burt's bees or Dr. Sheffield's diaper rash cream. To date, I've never seen a rash cream with more zinc thatn Sheffield's but it's hard to find. Try ebay.
