![]() Rating: - Excellent for the start-up enthusiast; makes the transition less painful.I have been considering the healthy transition to raw, but it is not easy. Ms. Cornbleet makes it palatable and doable with such simplicity, elegance, and logical. I highly recommend this book as a startup and move into more complex receipes as your pallate desires. One last note, because her examples and explanations (which I highly recommend her DVD) of receipes, use of tools and appliances, and preparation is so simplified, you want to do more and create more raw dishes. Anyway, great book ... Read More Rating: - Raw is truely made easy and inexpensive in this videoI have watched other raw food instructional videos and I believe this one is very good. I like that you do not need a dehydrator to make the receipes. It is instructional and gives you steps on how to build your raw lifestyles. There are just a few actual recipes in the video but there is a companion book for more recipes. I have the book and it is good also. Rating: - easyRaw Food Made Easy I purchased this DVD and enjoyed it very much. It was very informative; but I would rather she did not have all the ingredients already chopped, sliced, or diced, and etc. they were already measured out and ready to be mixed. I would liked to have seen the preparation of the ingredients. Overall it was a very well produced DVD. Rating: - Food Network quality! A Joy to Watch! I'm coming fresh out of the SAD (Standard American Diet) and wanting to know how in the world to change my ways. This DVD AND her companion book have been EXCELLENT tools! I've invested in many other books and DVD's (many) but this one tops the charts!! The recipes that I have tried are actually very delicious and easy! Jennifer is detailed oriented and just really explains things so well. Definitely consider also getting her companion book. Since she is so detailed, I've been able to use it ...
