Since they moved, their service has been terrible. 8 hours downtime in one day, from noon to 8pm on a Monday, finally made us head for the door.
Now, they are refusing to refund a full month's of dedicated server fees (2 servers) which they charged 10 days before they were due. No credit for major downtime, unscheduled reboots of server etc. Stay Away! |
